It does not by itself establish an accounting ledger, reconcile payments, track overdue balances, issue automatic reminders, or preserve a complete audit trail. Record the invoice and any later payment, credit, refund, or write-off in the system used for the business's books.
No. Invoice preparation runs in the browser, so the entered business details, customer information, and logo are not uploaded by this tool. The resulting PDF can still contain sensitive contact, pricing, banking, or tax information. Store it appropriately and verify the recipient before sending it, because creating the document does not control what happens after it is saved or shared.
