- Choose podcast name and check domain/social availability
- Design cover art (3000x3000px, clear at small size)
- Purchase equipment (microphone, headphones, pop filter)
- Select recording software (Audacity, GarageBand, Riverside)
- Write and record intro/outro with music
- Choose hosting platform (Buzzsprout, Libsyn, Anchor)
- Record 3 episodes before launching
- Edit episodes (noise reduction, levels, compression)
- Write show notes and episode descriptions
- Create RSS feed and submit to directories (Apple, Spotify, Google)
- Set up podcast website or landing page
- Create social media accounts
- Create launch promotion plan
- Publish and promote first 3 episodes
