Equal wedges, uniform odds
Every entry you type becomes one segment of the wheel, and the segments are sized identically unless the tool offers explicit weighting controls. With N entries, each entry has a 1/N chance of being selected on any single spin, so a three-option wheel gives each option 1/3. Listing an option twice makes it count as two segments, doubling its share to 2/4 (1/2) on a four-segment wheel.
