What Meeting Minutes Template does, with a checked example
A meeting produces facts - who attended, what was on the agenda, what was decided, and who owes what by when. This tool takes those facts as field entries and arranges them into a minutes document with labeled sections for attendees, agenda, action items, and decisions. You supply the content; the tool supplies the structure, the consistent formatting, and an exportable result. The surprise for most users is that it does not do the remembering: there is no transcript and no auto-summary, so anything you never typed into the fields never appears in the minutes.

Expected output
Meeting Minutes
Weekly standup - 2026-08-10
Attendees: Ana Rios, Ben Okafor, Cara Liu
Agenda:
1. Release 3.2 status
2. Hiring pipeline
3. Support backlog review
Action items:
- Ana Rios - draft release notes (due 2026-08-12)
- Ben Okafor - post back-end role (due 2026-08-13)
Decisions:
- Release 3.2 ships 2026-08-14
- Backlog triage moves to Tuesdays
The output mirrors the input entry for entry: three attendees, three numbered agenda items, two action items carrying exactly the owners and due dates entered, and two decisions. Each section is composed from its own field, so nothing is added, summarized, or reordered beyond being placed in its labeled section.
