Each listed URL is an independent destination. A two-line list therefore represents two tab-opening requests; it is not interpreted as one multiline address. Include the complete scheme, such as https://, when you need an unambiguous web address. Paths, query strings, and fragments belong in the same entry as their host.
After you start the batch, the browser's tab and pop-up policy determines what becomes visible. The useful output is the opened tabs themselves, not a generated report. If fewer tabs appear than URL entries, check the browser's blocked-pop-up notice before assuming that the opener omitted addresses.
The browser probably restricted the batch as a series of pop-ups. Look for a blocked-pop-up indicator, permit pop-ups for the tool's site, and run the list again. If your browser or managed profile forbids that permission, the answer is no: the tool cannot force the remaining tabs to open.
No. Bulk URL Opener produces navigation attempts, not availability results. A tab can reach a redirect, login page, browser error, or unavailable server. Inspect the opened tabs if availability matters; the number of requested tabs is not a count of successfully responding websites.
